Great Looking program interface

Unfortunately I can not get it to work on my PC (Have sent you an Email yesterday as well with similar details)
Perhaps I am trying to get it to work with a system you do not support?
I have a Flex 6700 which works with the Kenwood command set.
Your video showed an ICOM setup, is the software only compatible with the ICOM?
Under Windows 10 (Current updates) Windows sees the com port but the software doesn't see the controller at all.
SDA 100, has been upgraded to the current Mustang firmware
Com ports tried at 9600 and at 4800 as in your video, Changing the software setting on both the controller and software.
Tried with a direct serial connection and with a Null modem adapter.
Tried it with StepperIR recommended "Y" cable, no change?
Tried Data IN and Data out on the SDA 100
SDA 100 works fine in autotrack mode with the flex radio.
Any suggestions? It appears to be exactly what I need for remote operation?
